As of 1 April 2017, Melrose Arch has announced their new communication solution to their Retail and Commercial tenants using our PeppaComm platform .
How they use the App
This app allows them to communicate more effectively using push messaging via apps, e-mail and web simultaneously.
Tenants will now be able to log faults via the mobile service desk, access important documents such as Health and Safety congregation points, and even draw tenants attention to Specials and Promos running at their retail outlets. All these features will be delivered via the Melrose Arch Communicate app which is available in the app stores for tenants to download and register.
This is a perfect example of PeppaComm’s retail and commercial offering.
