Service Desk:

This module has a host of applications and is used to track complaints, faults and issues through the entire process. Every issue is logged in the application by selecting the relevant category, and then recording the information. Users also have the ability to upload image examples as do the representative responding to the issue. We also use location services to track where an issue was submitted which can be used in circumstances where the user’s location needs to be identified. All this data is readily available on the dashboard and issues that are responded to outside the recommended response time are automatically flagged and can be easily identified.

The Business Exchange

The Business Exchange are very excited to announce that they have officially launched their own branded TBE APP. There are some great features such as banner advertising and a classifieds section to list your opportunities, careers, products, services and much more. All tenants will also be able to list under the tenant directory and this will enable you to collaborate even further. Other functions include a messaging service, news, events, IT and maintenance help desks and a boardroom booking system.

What you need to do:

Download the APP in your APP store by searching for The Business Exchange. You then sign up under “my profile” as an individual user. Note, please select an image before choosing to upload. Once submitted we will approve your request to sign up and you will be notified when successful.  In order to list under the Tenant Directory, please send us your company logo( not bigger than a 3mg file), description of your company services/products and contact info(person, no and email).  If you have any classifieds to advertise please share them with us.

The app allows the Soweto Community members to stay in the know what is happening around them. Local businesses are loaded onto the app to help promote and gain support.

As of 1 April 2017, Melrose Arch has announced their new communication solution to their Retail and Commercial tenants using our PeppaComm platform .

How they use the App

This app allows them to communicate more effectively using push messaging via apps, e-mail and web simultaneously.

Tenants will now be able to log faults via the mobile service desk, access important documents such as Health and Safety congregation points, and even draw tenants attention to Specials and Promos running at their retail outlets. All these features will be delivered via the Melrose Arch Communicate app which is available in the app stores for tenants to download and register.
